ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders, no minimum required.
Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After that your order will have already entered fulfillment. Please email us at support@aureastyles.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
SIZING & FIT
How do I find my size? Each product page has a size guide with exact measurements. We strongly recommend checking the size guide before ordering as our styles are sourced internationally and sizing can vary between pieces.
Do your dresses run true to size? Most of our styles run true to size however some items may run slightly small. We always recommend checking the individual product size guide and if you're between sizes going up one size for the most comfortable fit.
What sizes do you carry? Most of our styles are available in sizes S–5XL. Size availability varies by style — check the individual product page for exact size options.
Can I order multiple sizes and return the ones that don't fit? Yes — you can order multiple sizes and return the ones that don't work within our 14 day return window. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Please email support@aureastyles.com with your order number to start a return.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do? We're so sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@aureastyles.com with a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a full refund or free replacement immediately — no return required.
I received the wrong item — what do I do? Please email support@aureastyles.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We'll sort it out right away with a replacement or full refund.
How long does a refund take? Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Do you offer exchanges? We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color please return your original item and place a new order.
PRODUCTS
Are your dresses true to the photos? We do our best to represent our products accurately. Colors may vary slightly due to screen display differences and photography lighting. We recommend checking multiple product images before purchasing.
What fabric are your dresses made from? Fabric varies by style — most of our dresses are made from chiffon, polyester, or cotton blends. Full fabric details are listed on each individual product page.
How do I care for my dress? We recommend hand washing or machine washing on a delicate cycle in cold water. Hang to dry to maintain the shape and quality of the fabric. Always check the care label inside the garment for specific instructions.
Do you restock sold out styles? We do our best to restock popular styles however we cannot guarantee restocking on all items. Sign up for our email list to be notified when styles come back in stock.
PAYMENTS & SECURITY
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Is my payment information safe? Absolutely. Aurea Styles does not store or have access to your full payment card details. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify's payment system.
Will I be charged sales tax? Sales tax may be applied depending on your location and is calculated automatically at checkout.
